It starts with a simple online assessment. If you are eligible, our BIG-registered doctor (Dr. Dennis Bartels) reviews your profile and prescribes the appropriate treatment. The medication is then shipped directly to you from a licensed Dutch pharmacy.

Our program is designed for adults (18+) with a BMI of 30 or higher. You may also be eligible with a BMI of 27+ if you have weight-related health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, or osteoarthritis.
Note: Treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
